Credits allow your venue to sell activity access to non-members. Instead of requiring a full membership, customers can purchase a credit pack that grants them access to specific activities in your booking diary.
What are Credits?
A credit is a pre-paid pass that allows someone to book into activities. This is ideal for:
Offering pay-as-you-go access to classes like Spin, Circuits, or Yoga
Allowing non-members to try your venue before committing to a membership
Providing flexible options for occasional visitors
Creating taster sessions or introductory offers
For example, you could create a "Single Class Pass" priced at £10 that grants one credit, allowing the purchaser to book into any Spin or Circuits class within the next 7 days.
Creating a Credit
Go to Settings (cog icon, top right)
Click Products
Click Add Product
Enter the name of your credit (e.g. "Single Class Pass" or "5 Class Bundle")
Change Product Type to Credit
Basic Options
Field | Description |
Till Name | Alternative name shown on the admin till (optional) |
Nominal Code | Groups product sales together for accounting purposes. Set this up with your accountant |
Group | Assigns the credit to a product group, which determines where it appears on the till. Note: You must create product groups before adding products to them |
Price | The purchase price of the credit pack |
VAT Rate | If applicable, select the VAT rate to include in the price |
Credits | The number of bookings included. 1 credit = 1 booking |
Credits Valid For | How long the customer has to use their credits. If set to 7 days, the customer must book a class starting within the next 7 days. Credits expire after this period |
Activity Access | Select which activities this credit can be used to book |

Bolt-on | Allows the credit to be added onto a membership plan |
Purchase Availability Settings
Till Only – Can only be purchased in-club via the admin till
Members Only – Only members can purchase online
Non-Members Only – Only those without a membership plan can purchase online
Non-Members and Members – Everyone can purchase online
