Due to the nature of On Demand content there is a different way in which you would give your customers access to via a web browser, making it really simple for customers to view this content on a bigger screen for best use.

Via your website

Go to settings then > Club Info > Apps
You will see a unique URL which allows your customers to gain access directly by logging in with their normal email and password.

If your customer has access to this they will go straight into the On demand content

If they do not have access they will be prompted to register and make a purchase so that they can then gain access to the content you have on your On demand platform.

Sharing the LogIn Link

You can also share the link directly with a customer as well, by email.

IMPORTANT
Ensure that you set up the OnDemand content with the right levels of access which could be

1) Free as part of a membership plan

2) A bolt on as part of a monthly membership plan by Direct debit

3) A product set up to allow a one off payment by card
