Within this article we are going to go through how to change the price of an existing member.
Step 1
Locate the members profile via the members grid.
Click the membership tab.
Now press edit on the current plan.
Click Options.
Cancel the membership. (if you are changing the price of a direct debit this will need to be done at least 5 working days in advance of the payment being collected.)
Step 2
Go back to the member's profile,
Under the membership tab click 'add membership'
Now select the plan with the new amount.
If you want to align payments you will have the collect day as 'immediate' then change the earliest payment date to when you want to collect the amount.
