Organise your membership plans effortlessly

This feature allows you to create customisable categories for your membership plans, making it easier for members to find the right option when joining or renewing.

Feature Overview:

Membership plan categories streamline the navigation process by grouping plans into specific classifications, such as Monthly Plans or Annual Plans, or Junior and Adult for example. This structure simplifies the experience for both members and admin users, enhancing the overall efficiency of managing and selecting membership plans.

Usage:

  1. Access Membership Plan Categories:
    From the admin dashboard, navigate to the Settings icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and scroll down to select 'Membership Plan Categories' from the dropdown menu.

  2. Create a New Category:
    Click the green 'Add New Category' button in the top right to establish a new category tailored to your needs, such as Monthly Plans or Annual Plans.

  3. Customise: You can also select an applicable image or colour scheme for the category tile that will be visible to members at this stage.

  4. Assign Plans to Categories:
    Head to 'Membership Plans' in the settings menu dropdown list. Click 'Edit' on a plan you'd like to assign to a category. Under the 'Description' box, locate the 'Category' dropdown field, select the appropriate category, and click 'Save Changes' in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  5. Select Membership Plans in the Member Area:
    When members are ready to join or renew, they can go to the member area and filter by the categories you've set up. This makes it easy for them to quickly find the right membership plan.
