Package

Complete only (available to purchase as a bolt-on at a cost of £50ppm)

Why Use This Feature?

  • Session Control – Automatically log users out after a set period of inactivity.

  • Enhanced Security – Reduces the risk of unauthorised access on shared or unattended devices.

  • Customisable Per Club – Tailor the timeout duration to your specific security needs.

Use Case – Inactivity Timeout at a Reception PC

A gym using a shared PC at the front desk sets a 10-minute login timeout for inactive sessions.
Staff are logged out after 10 minutes of no activity, ensuring sensitive data isn't left exposed if they forget to manually log out.

Ideal for:

  • Shared or Public Devices – Helps prevent accidental data exposure.

  • Clubs With High Footfall – Ensures that member information is protected when staff are multitasking.

  • Security-Focused Teams – Adds an extra level of protection alongside 2FA.

When 2FA is enabled and a login timeout is set:

  • If no timeout is set, the default session duration is 1 month.
