You can choose to either show new members the standard ClubRight confirmation page or redirect them to your own custom confirmation page once they complete the joining process.
This is especially useful for clubs running campaigns through platforms like Facebook or Google, where conversion tracking relies on a specific URL or tracking pixel.
Package
This feature is available on the Complete package only.
Why Use This Feature?
Redirecting members to your own confirmation page lets you:
Track successful conversions using tools like Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics
Measure sign-up performance from marketing campaigns
Display a branded or personalised message after sign-up
Once enabled, members will be sent to your chosen URL instead of the default ClubRight confirmation screen.
🔒 Redirects apply to the member joining process only – not product purchases or bookings.
How to Set Up
Go to the Settings menu (top right corner of the admin dashboard)
Select Club Info from the dropdown
Click on the Members Area tab
On the right-hand side, look for the field labelled Checkout Redirect
Paste your custom confirmation page URL into this field
Click Save Changes in the top right corner
Once this is done, any new member who completes the joining process will be automatically redirected to your custom confirmation page.
What Members Will See
When a member completes the sign-up process:
If you’ve set a custom redirect URL, they’ll be sent directly to that external page
If the field is left blank, they’ll see the standard ClubRight confirmation page instead
ClubRight will still mark the journey as complete in the system. If redirected externally, a fallback link will be included to help guide members back into their ClubRight account if needed.
Things to Note
This is a club-level setting, not individual plan-based
Helpful Tip
If you're unsure whether to use this setting, leave it blank – your members will still see the default confirmation message after joining. This feature is only recommended if you're using custom tracking tools or need a specific follow-up experience.
