When a prospect completes the online joining process, ClubRight shows them a standard confirmation page by default. You can replace this with your own custom confirmation page so prospects are redirected to a URL you choose. This is especially useful for clubs running paid campaigns on Facebook or Google, where conversion tracking relies on a specific URL or tracking pixel.
Why use a custom confirmation page
Track successful conversions using tools like Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics.
Measure sign-up performance from marketing campaigns.
Display a branded or personalised message after sign-up.
⚠️ Note: The redirect applies to the member joining process only. It does not apply to product purchases or bookings made by existing members.
How to set up your custom confirmation page
Open Settings from the burger menu.
Under Your Web Presence, select Member Area.
Click Access & Registration in the left-hand menu.
Scroll to the Advanced section.
In the Checkout Redirect URL field, paste your custom confirmation page URL.
Click Save Changes.
Once saved, any new member who completes the joining process will be redirected to your custom confirmation page.
📋 Note: This is a club-level setting that applies to every plan in your club. You cannot set different redirect URLs for different plans.
What members will see
When a prospect completes the sign-up process:
If a custom redirect URL is set, they are sent directly to that page.
If the field is left blank, they see the standard ClubRight confirmation page.
ClubRight still marks the joining as complete in the system. If a prospect is redirected to an external page, a fallback link is included so they can get back to their ClubRight member area if needed.
Helpful tip
💡 Leave the field blank if you are not using tracking tools. The default ClubRight confirmation page is well-designed and signs the member straight in. A custom redirect is only worth setting up if you have a specific reason: conversion tracking, a branded follow-up sequence, or a thank-you page tied to a campaign.
