If you want to end your ClubRight subscription, you give us notice and we close your account at the end of that notice period. This article explains how to cancel and how much notice we need. It is about ending your ClubRight software subscription, which is different from cancelling an individual member's membership or closing your club entirely.

ClubRight requires at least 30 days' notice to cancel your subscription, in line with our Terms of Business. Your subscription continues until the end of that notice period.

To give notice, email help@clubright.co.uk or reply here asking to talk to a member of the Customer Success team. Let us know that you want to cancel your ClubRight subscription and we will confirm the details and your final date with you.
