Stripe is one of the card payment providers integrated with ClubRight. This article explains how Stripe works in ClubRight, including timings, supported countries, refunds, and how to manage card payments day to day.

How Stripe works in ClubRight
With your Stripe account connected to ClubRight:
Members enter card details when joining or paying through the member area
Cards are saved securely against the member's profile and can be used for recurring memberships, products, and credits
Payments are processed via Stripe and recorded in ClubRight
Day to day you manage members and payments inside ClubRight. For detailed transaction reporting, payouts, and disputes, you log into the Stripe dashboard separately.
Supported cards and countries
Stripe accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.
Stripe supports card payments across a wide range of countries. For the current list of supported countries, see Stripe's country coverage page.
Payout timings
In the UK, Stripe makes daily payouts that contain payments processed 7 to 14 calendar days earlier. A payment received on a Tuesday will typically be paid out by the following Tuesday.

Refunds
Refunds for Stripe card payments are processed from within ClubRight using the same flow as ClubRight Pay Card. See How to refund a payment for the step-by-step process.
Contacting Stripe
For account-specific issues, payout queries, or disputes, contact Stripe directly through their support centre. You can also log into your Stripe dashboard to manage account settings, view detailed transaction reports, and respond to disputes.
