You can't set up a second club yourself from inside ClubRight. To add another club, site or location, contact our Customer Success team by clicking the orange chat button or emailing help@clubright.co.uk. Tell us you're an existing customer and what you're planning. We'll go through your options, confirm the cost and get your new club set up.
How to add another club
Click the orange chat button at the bottom of your screen in ClubRight, or email help@clubright.co.uk.
Tell us:
the name of the club you already have with us
where the new club or site will be, and roughly when you plan to open
whether you want the two clubs linked, for example so members can use both (see below)
We'll go through the options for running more than one club, confirm what's included and what it will cost, then set up your new club.
Can my two clubs be linked?
Yes. If you're opening a second gym, studio or site, ClubRight can link your clubs as a group. You can:
let members use more than one site on a single membership
let members book classes at your other sites
see figures for all your sites in one place on the multi-site dashboard
Some of these features are switched on by ClubRight for your group, so mention it when you contact us and we'll advise on the best setup.
If you'd rather keep the new club completely separate, for example under a different business, we can set it up as its own ClubRight account instead.
