If ClubRight isn't opening or won't load on the web, first check the ClubRight Live Status page. It shows whether ClubRight is online right now, so you can see straight away if it's down or there's an outage on our side. If there is, our team already knows about it and is working on it, and there's nothing you need to change at your end.
If the status page says All services are online, the problem is more likely to be with your browser, device or internet connection. Work through the checks below for whatever isn't opening: the ClubRight app your staff use, your members' login page or app, or your club's own website.
Is ClubRight down?
Open the ClubRight Live Status page.
Look at the status at the top. All services are online means ClubRight is up and running.
If the status isn't loading, click Open the full status page on the same page.
đĄ Tip: If you can open Milo, ClubRight is loading on that device. The problem is then more likely to be one page, your members' side, or your website.
The ClubRight app won't open for staff
If you or your staff see a blank page, an error message or a spinner that never stops, or ClubRight just isn't working in your browser, try these in order:
Check your internet connection. Open another website. If that won't load either, the problem is your connection, not ClubRight.
Refresh the page. Press F5 on Windows or Cmd + R on a Mac.
Try a private window. Open a private or incognito window in your browser and log in to ClubRight there. If it works, clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try your normal window again.
Try a different browser or device. If ClubRight opens there, update the browser that isn't working to its latest version.
Check whether it's just you. Ask a colleague to log in on their own device. If ClubRight opens for them, the problem is on your device or network.
If it still won't open, contact us (see below). Tell us what you see (a blank page, the exact wording of any error, or a spinner), which browser and device you're using, and whether it's happening for everyone at your club or just one person. A screenshot helps.
Members can't open the login page or the app
First, check that the page opens for you:
Go to Settings > Your Club > Apps & Widgets.
In the Online Login & Registration section, open your club's login link.
If it opens for you but not for your member, the problem is on their device. Ask them to:
check their internet connection
try a private or incognito window, or a different browser
update the ClubRight Member App, or uninstall it and install the latest version from the app store. They won't lose any credits or entitlements by reinstalling.
If the page opens but your member can't log in, see Troubleshooting member access: club, classes and app.
Your club's website won't open
If your ClubRight Website isn't loading, it's usually down to your custom domain, especially if you've recently connected it or changed its DNS records. DNS changes can take up to an hour to take effect, and occasionally longer. For the checks to work through, see Troubleshooting your custom domain and Website troubleshooting: common questions.
How do I contact support?
If ClubRight opens, you can reach our team through Milo:
Click the round Milo button at the bottom right of your screen in ClubRight.
Under the message box, click Looking for human support?
In the Talk to ClubRight Support panel, click Start a new conversation, then type your message to our team.
If ClubRight won't open at all, Milo won't open either, because it runs inside ClubRight. Instead, call us on 0203 884 9777 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) or email help@clubright.co.uk.
For all the ways to reach us, see How to contact ClubRight support.
