DFC and Harlands are being closed down by their provider, so ClubRight's connection to them is switched off from 1 November 2026. From then on you can't set up new DFC or Harlands Direct Debits through ClubRight, and ClubRight no longer receives any updates about existing ones. To keep seeing every payment in ClubRight, move your DFC and Harlands members across to ClubRight Pay Direct Debit.
What changes from 1 November?
You can't set up a new DFC or Harlands Direct Debit through ClubRight.
ClubRight stops receiving payment updates for existing DFC and Harlands Direct Debits. It can't show you whether a payment has gone through, failed, been cancelled or changed.
What will I see in ClubRight for these members?
ClubRight won't flag anything for you. DFC members will stay Active and Harlands payments will keep showing as paid, even if a payment has failed or the member has cancelled their Direct Debit with their bank. Check your DFC or Harlands account directly to see what has actually been collected.
⚠️ Note: because ClubRight can't see these payments, a member who stops paying won't show as overdue. Moving your members across is the only way to see their payments in ClubRight again.
What do I need to do?
Move your remaining DFC and Harlands Direct Debits across to ClubRight Pay, so all your members' payments sit in one place.
You don't move members one by one. Our team moves them across for you in bulk, so book a call with a payment specialist to talk through what's outstanding and the best way to bring it across. If you're not on ClubRight Pay yet, this is also the time to set it up.
💡 Tip: if you're already talking to our team and your move is underway, you don't need to do anything else.
Can I cancel, freeze or change a DFC or Harlands membership?
No. Cancelling, freezing or changing the plan on a DFC or Harlands membership is blocked in ClubRight. Contact our team about moving the member across to ClubRight Pay instead.
