This guide explains how members can purchase credits through the online Shop in the ClubRight Member App.
Note: This article is only relevant if your club has set up an online Shop and is selling credits. If all of your activities are restricted to members only, or you haven't set up any activities, your members won't need to purchase credits.
How It Works
Members can browse and purchase credits (and other products) through the Shop in the Member App.
To access the Shop, members can select it from the main member area if it has been included using the homepage builder, or tap Menu in the bottom navigation bar, then select Online Shop. This displays all products you've made available for online purchase, including credits and any other items.
Each product shows:
The product name (e.g. "Class X 1")
The number of sessions included (e.g. "1 x session")
The expiry status (e.g. "No expiry")
The price
To purchase, the member taps Add to basket, then proceeds to checkout and payment.
When Would a Member Need Credits?
Credits allow members to book activities without needing an active membership. This is useful if you offer pay-as-you-go access to classes or sessions alongside your membership plans.
Good to Know
Only products you've added to your online Shop will appear here.
If you're not selling credits online, members won't see any credit packs in the Shop.
You control which products are available for online purchase through your ClubRight settings.
