Payments have not been taken by GoCardless and are currently on hold.

The mandate pending approval has come through from gocardless in which the option for 2 signatures to make a payment has been ticked.

To resolve this you will need to go to the members profile and press on the payments tab, then cancel the mandate currently set. Now go to the membership tab, click on the membership and press setup gocardless subscription (you will need bank info)

Or you will need to ask the customer to contact the bank and allow access 😊
