Enquiry page on your website

Capture website visitors' interest with an enquiry form that creates dashboard tasks and feeds prospects into your Sales Funnel.

The Enquiry Page lets website visitors send you an enquiry through a simple form. Every submission lands in your Sales Funnel as a new prospect and appears as a task on your dashboard, so your team has a clear next step and no lead gets missed.

Why use the Enquiry Page

  • Capture leads automatically. Every form submission lands in your Sales Funnel with no manual entry.

  • Never miss a lead. Submissions appear as tasks on your dashboard, prompting your team to follow up.

  • Work on any device. The form is responsive and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

  • Feed your automation. Pair the Enquiry Page with a Smart Workflow to send emails to new enquiries automatically.

Where to find your Enquiry Page

  1. Open Settings from the burger menu.

  2. Under Your Club, select Apps & Widgets.

  3. Scroll to Where can members sign up and log in? and find the Enquire Page tile.

The tile shows your enquiry page URL (for example, "yourclub.clubright.co.uk/enquire") and an Edit heading button. Click Open to preview the live page, or use the copy icon to copy the URL.

Two ways to use the Enquiry Page

There are two ways to put the enquiry form in front of website visitors. Use whichever fits your setup best.

1. Share the standalone enquiry page URL

Copy the URL from the Enquire Page tile and link to it from your website (behind an "Enquire Now" button, in your navigation, or in social media bios). Visitors click the link and land on a hosted enquiry page with your club's branding.

2. Embed the enquiry form on your own website

If you want the form to appear inside one of your own pages rather than redirect visitors to ClubRight, use the Enquiry Form Widget instead.

  1. From the same Apps & Widgets page, scroll to What can you add to your website?.

  2. Find the Enquiry Form Widget card and click Set Up.

  3. Copy the HTML and script snippet shown in the modal.

  4. Paste the code into the page on your website where you want the form to appear.

A live preview of the rendered form appears in the modal as you set it up.

Customising the page heading

The heading at the top of your enquiry page is customisable. Make it friendly and inviting, for example "Interested in joining? Fill in your details below."

  1. On the Enquire Page tile in Apps & Widgets, click Edit heading. This opens the Sales Funnel settings page.

  2. In the What do prospects see? panel on the right, edit the Enquiry page heading field.

  3. Click Save Changes at the top right.

Use Open enquiry page on the same panel to preview your changes.

What happens when someone submits an enquiry

When a visitor submits the enquiry form, three things happen:

  • A new prospect is created in your Sales Funnel, in the first stage you have configured (typically New Enquiry).

  • A task is created on your dashboard so your team has a clear prompt to follow up.

  • Any Smart Workflows triggered by new prospects start running, for example an automatic welcome email.

Tips for getting more enquiries

  • Use the link on the go. Open the enquiry page on your phone or tablet during outreach events, inductions, or open days to capture leads on the spot.

  • Post the link on social media. Share it in your Instagram and Facebook bios, posts, stories, or paid ads to encourage enquiries from your social audience.

  • Embed the widget on your homepage. A form embedded directly on your homepage tends to convert better than a separate link visitors have to click through to.

Helpful tip

šŸ’” Pair your Enquiry Page with a nurture workflow. A new lead is most engaged in the first 24 hours. Set up a Smart Workflow to send them a welcome message within minutes of enquiring, then follow up over the next few days. See Nurturing leads with Smart Workflows for a ready-made template you can adapt.
