How to change a Members Current Membership Plan - Upgrade/Downgrade

How to upgrade and how to downgrade memberships plans

Step 1

  • Go to the member's profile

  • Click on the membership plan tab

  • Edit the current plan

  • Click options

  • Cancel the plan

Step 2

Now you will add a new membership plan

Select the new membership plan

Step 3

If you would like to align the payment dates to the previous plan, change the Collection Day to immediate. Then enter the new date in the Earliest Payment Date.

Step 4

Click "Add"

Step 5

Select a payment method
