This article explains how payouts work with ClubRight Pay Card, including the minimum time from payment to payout, how to configure your payout frequency, and the constraint to be aware of when processing refunds.

The minimum payout time for ClubRight Pay Card is T+3 working days. This means a payment processed on day T will typically be available in your ClubRight Pay Card balance 3 working days later.

For example, a card payment taken on a Monday will typically be available by Thursday. Weekends and bank holidays are not included in the count.

Payouts from your ClubRight Pay Card balance to your business bank account can be automated to run on a schedule that suits your business. You can choose between:

Once set, payouts run automatically on the chosen schedule without any manual intervention.

To change your payout schedule, go to Reporting in the left-hand menu, then open the Accounting dropdown and select Card Payment Portal. From there, click the settings cog icon next to Next scheduled payout:

Choose your preferred payout schedule, either daily, weekly, or monthly:

Click Save to confirm your choice.

If your balance is too low because of recent payouts, you will not be able to process the refund until enough new card transactions have settled to cover it. If you regularly issue refunds, consider a less frequent payout schedule (weekly or monthly) so that funds remain available in your balance for longer.
