With ClubRight, it's easy to send a bespoke message to an individual member or the same message to many members.
To send a Group Message
Step 1: Select Your Recipients
Go to 'Members' from the left-hand menu.
Use the filters to choose who you'd like to send a message to. You can filter by membership categories, statuses, or specific member groups, ticking the highlighted boxes will select your chosen options.
Step 2: Add to Recipient List
After selecting the desired members, click the 'Selected Member Options' button in the top right corner. This adds your chosen members to the recipient list, meaning they'll receive the message.
Step 3: Choose Your Delivery Method
Select how you'd like to send the message: email, Push Notification or Smart Notification. You can choose multiple options if needed.
Step 4: Compose and Send Your Message
Write your message and click 'Send' when you're ready.
Depending on your delivery method, there are different fields to fill in:
Dependant upon the method you select, you will see different text boxes appear.
Email: You can add a subject line and customise the email's design. You may need to confirm that you're only emailing members who have provided consent. When you're ready, click 'Send'.
Once you are ready, click send and the message will be delivered.

Finding Replies
If a member replies to your message, you can find it in the 'Message Centre' on your dashboard. New, unread messages are highlighted in green. Click on a message to read it and use 'Reply' to quickly respond.
All message history is stored in the 'Comms Hub' section within the member's profile.
