Class booking issues may occur for members using the ClubRight platform due to specific membership configuration settings. This article offers a detailed guide to understanding and resolving these challenges, ensuring seamless access to classes for your members.
Check 1: Active Membership
Confirm the member has an active membership plan and isn't overdue on payments.
Go to Members > click the member's profile > Membership Plans and check the plan status.
Check 2: Activity Access on the Plan
The membership plan must grant access to the specific activity.
Go to Settings > Membership Plans > click Edit on the plan > Activity Access tab.
If the activity isn't ticked, the member won't be able to book. Tick the relevant activities and save your changes.
-As you can see above if the activity is not ticked then it will not allow the member to book in.
Check 3: Available Credits
If the member uses credits to book classes, check they have credits remaining and that the activity falls before the credit expiry date.
Go to Members > click the member's profile > Purchases tab > Credits.
Check 4: Credit Activity Access
Confirm the credit product itself grants access to the activity.
Go to Settings > Products > click the credit product and check that the relevant activities are selected.

Check bolt-ons during setup β Make sure the right bolt-ons are selected when creating or renewing memberships
