There are different ways to setup profile pictures onto a members account, these would be either the members area or through the club. Within this article to show how to set a picture up within clubright. 

If setting a picture up through the club you will go onto the members profile, to get here you will go onto the members grid then search for the member account. Now within here next the the name on the left there is a hover over, if you click on this it will allow you to update an image. 

With changing a photo this can only be done within the club after another has already been uploaded, firstly you will go onto the members profile. To get here you will go onto the members grid then search for the member account. Now within here you will click on the image next to the members name and reupload a new file.
