ClubRight connects to a range of third-party tools so you can automate your workflow and save time, from accounting and marketing to fitness equipment and online classes. This article is an overview of the integrations available, what each one does, and how to connect it.
To find them, open your Settings and go to the Integrations page. Integrations are grouped into sections so you can find the right tool quickly: Payment Providers, Accounting, Marketing & Analytics, Communications, Fitness Equipment, and Member Services.
Each integration shows its current status (such as Connected, Active, or Not connected). To connect one, click its Connect or Set Up button and follow the prompts. Some open a secure login with the provider, while others ask for a few details you get from the provider's own account.
Payment Providers
ClubRight Pay is the recommended option for taking payments, covering both Direct Debit and card, fully integrated into ClubRight. Its setup and management live on their own dedicated page rather than in the Integrations list. To get set up, see:
Accounting
Xero syncs your invoices, payments, and refunds automatically so your books stay accurate without manual data entry. Because it touches your accounts, Xero has its own setup article covering the connection, nominal codes, and posting options. See the related articles below.
Marketing & Analytics
These tools help you understand and grow your membership:
Google Analytics: understand how members use your online portal, track sign-ups, and measure campaigns. Click Set Up, enter your Google Analytics code (this starts with "GA-" and is found in the admin area of your Google Analytics account), then click Add.
Facebook Pixel: track member sign-ups from your Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to measure your return on ad spend. Enter your Facebook Pixel ID and click Save.
Mailchimp: send newsletters and targeted email campaigns to keep members engaged. Mailchimp has its own article covering how to authorise your account and export members to a list. See the related articles below.
Communications
SMS lets you send booking reminders, payment alerts, and promotional messages directly to members' phones. You manage your outbound number, subscription, and credits here. For full detail on setting up and using SMS, see the SMS article in the related links below.
Fitness Equipment
ClubRight connects to several connected-fitness platforms so member accounts and activity can sync with your equipment. To connect one, click Set Up and enter the details from your equipment provider:
eGym: enter your eGym ID and Token, then click Add.
MyZone: enter your License Key, then click Add.
Milon: enter your Api Key and Studio Id, then click Add.
Technogym (MyWellness): ClubRight's Technogym integration runs through Technogym's MyWellness platform. It is set up for you as part of an onboarding process rather than something you switch on yourself, so click the orange chat button to contact our support team and we will arrange it. ⚠️ Note: the details the self-service equipment integrations ask for (IDs, tokens, keys) come from your account with the equipment provider, not from ClubRight. If you are not sure where to find them, your equipment provider's support team is the best place to ask.
Member Services
Zoom lets you run live online classes and automatically send Zoom links to booked members. Click Set Up and sign in to your Zoom account to connect it. For how to create and run online classes once Zoom is connected, see the related article below.
