To suggest a new feature or submit a feature request, click your name at the bottom of the left-hand menu in ClubRight, then click Feature Requests. This opens the ClubRight Ideas Portal, where you can add your idea, vote on ideas other clubs have suggested, and see each idea's status. Features we've built are listed under LAUNCHED.
How do I submit a feature request?
In ClubRight, click your name at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Click Feature Requests. The ClubRight Ideas Portal opens.
Click ADD A NEW IDEA.
Under Your idea, type a short summary. Similar ideas appear as you type. If one matches yours, vote for it instead of adding a new one.
Under Please add more details, explain what you'd like and what problem it would solve for your club. You can attach files such as screenshots.
Choose a category, for example Payments, Member App or Diary / Bookings. If none fits, choose Other.
Click ADD IDEA.
đĄ Tip: Ideas are easier to act on when they explain the problem, not just the solution. For example, "we spend an hour every Monday doing X by hand" tells us more than "add a button for X".
Can I vote on other clubs' ideas?
Yes. Voting tells us how many clubs want something, so if an idea you'd use is already there, vote for it rather than adding it again.
Open Feature Requests from the menu under your name.
Find the idea. You can filter by category or status, and sort by Trending, Recent or Popular.
Click VOTE next to the idea.
To see ideas you've added or voted on, use My ideas and My votes.
Can I see what ClubRight is working on, or what's coming?
Every idea in the portal shows its current status, so you can see which ideas are being looked at and which are planned. Use Filter by: Status to narrow the list.
â ď¸ Note: A status shows where an idea is, not a release date.
Where can I see new features?
Click LAUNCHED at the top of the Ideas Portal to see features and changes launched in ClubRight. For a tour of what changed in the latest version of ClubRight, see Welcome to the new ClubRight.
