Step 1
- Firstly please ensure the member has an active membership plan which is not overdue
Members grid > members profile > membership tab
Step 2
- Now ensure the member is allowed to access the club, and allowed to access the club at this time.
settings > memberships > click on the plan > details > allows club access
settings > memberships > click on the plan > restrictions > is allowed in at this time
Step 3
- If the customer has booked into an activity with a credit and no active plan please ensure this is up to 30 minutes before this is due to take plan

All members cannot gain access
If all members are unable to gain access this is often due to the access control itself.
This would mean it needs to be resetup
