The onboarding checklist consists of:
Setting up your club info area.
Setting up staff members.
Setting up your ParQ report.
Setting up your activities.
Setting up your Memberships.
Setting up your products.
Setting up payment methods.
Adding classes to your diary.
If you are not using any of the above for example you do not have classes, then you do not need to set up the activities or the diary etc. However, there may be templates set up therefore you can delete these.
Club Info
Settings > Club Info
Club Info Tab - Fill out your Club information including the address, manager name, telephone etc.
Terms and conditions / privacy policy - if these are on your website you will enter the URL under the club info tab, if not go to the member's area tab, scroll down and click the link below the terms and conditions. you can then add these in.
Diary/bookings - Fill out your diary hours (24-hour clock, this is for admin side only) Enter in booking availability and booking cancellation time for members.
Opening times Tab - You can go to the club access tab, and add your opening times.
Staff
Settings > Staff
Now click setup, new staff member, and enter the staff name and email.
Once on the profile, you can change the staff level in the top right if needed.
ParQ
Settings > ParQ
Now enter your health questionnaire questions.
Activities
Settings > Activities
Membership plans
Settings > Membership plans
Products
Settings > Products
You can then setup physical stock such as a water bottle. Or credits to allow bookings.
Diary
Hover over the icons on the left-hand side > then click diary.
Enter the activities at the correct booking times.
Payment methods
Settings > integrations.
Card payments - Setup stripe.
Direct Debits - ClubRightpay. Please over your emails to validate ClubRight pay. If you are using gocardless you can turn this on here.
